General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the cricex platform and all related services. By creating an account on this platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be genuine.
• cricex may request identity documents at any time to verify an account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. Sharing them with a third party is prohibited.
• If there is reason to suspect unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cricex operates an identity verification process to ensure the security of the service. Completing this verification may be required to withdraw above a certain amount or to access certain account features. The process is completed by submitting a national identity card or equivalent document.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All cricex services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Creating an account or using the service by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have breached this age requirement, their account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Other Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh, and it is their own responsibility to comply with any local legal restrictions on using the platform.
• Any person who is unable to make betting decisions due to a mental or physical condition should not use the service.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Requirements

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

Bonuses and Promotions

cricex offers various promotional offers for new and regular members. Each offer applies under specific conditions, and the bonus may be cancelled if those conditions are not met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to one account only — taking a bonus from multiple accounts on the same device or IP is prohibited.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning each bonus taka must be wagered ten times.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• There may be restrictions on specific games or bet types when using bonuses in the casino or sports betting sections.
• If abuse of a bonus offer is suspected, cricex may cancel it and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members can enjoy three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback of up to 0.3% applies at Bronze level, up to 0.5% at Silver level, and up to 0.8% at Gold level. This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Betting and Gaming

The cricex platform has specific rules governing sports betting and casino games. These rules apply according to each game or betting type.

6.1 Sports Betting

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is if an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the balance.
• Odds and market availability may change; the odds shown at the time of placing the bet are final.
• In-play betting after a match has started is available for specific events.
• A multi bet combines multiple selections; if one loses, the entire bet is lost.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are run by verified and audited software.
• If a round is not completed due to a technical fault, the stake will be returned.
• RTP information for each game is available in the game interface.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; if an obvious error occurs, it will be investigated.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• The user themselves applies for self-exclusion.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw a valid balance will be given before the account is closed, though bonus funds will generally be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

cricex makes every effort to maintain service quality, but accepts limited liability in certain matters.

9.1 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance work, or natural causes. cricex will not be liable for any financial loss incurred during this time. However, if any ongoing bet is affected by such an interruption, it will be settled fairly.

9.2 Third Parties

cricex does not have direct control over the operations of payment gateways or game providers. If their services are disrupted, cricex will take steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9.3 User Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions are made by the user themselves. cricex will not accept any financial liability for the outcome of a user's own bets.
